​Shipping Policy
We aim to package and process your order within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please ensure that your address is complete, including a unit number. Note that there could be additional shipping fees payable, should your order be shipped to an incorrect address.
Within Canada -
Free Local Pick Up is available for those located within our area, during our store hours. You may select ‘local pickup’ as your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout, on orders over $150 CAD
Standard Flat Rate (5-7 days) $18 CAD is automatically applied at checkout, on orders $150 CAD or under.
Furniture, Art and Oversized Items (indicated as “not eligible for flat rate/free shipping” in their description)
Upon checkout, you will not be charged for shipping. Our Customer Service Team will contact you with a quote for delivery. If you'd prefer to verify delivery/shipping costs prior to placing your order, please email hello@lemontreeandco.com

Cancellations or Changes -

Want to add something to your existing order? No problem at all! Until a shipping label has been created for your order, you are welcome to add items to it. Just make a note on your order to "hold off on shipping" Should your collective orders exceed the specified $150 and qualify for free shipping, we will reimburse you for the initial flat fee you paid. We can hold your order for up to 2 weeks from the original order date.
However, if a shipping label has already been created for your package, we will ship it as is.
