Shipping Policy

We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please ensure that your address is complete, including a unit number. Note that there could be additional shipping fees payable, should your order be shipped to an incorrect address.

Domestic Shipping - $15 CAD (unless otherwise posted)

Flat rate shipping within Canada is $15 however, oversized or overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges as per Canada Post and therefore not eligible for flat rate shipping. These items are indicated as “not eligible for flat rate shipping” on the item page.

Free shipping is offered for orders $150 CAD or more. No discount code needed.

US Shipping - $25 CAD (unless otherwise posted)

Flat rate shipping within the US is $25 however, oversized or overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges as per USPS and therefore not eligible for flat rate shipping. These items are indicated as “not eligible for flat rate shipping” on the item page.

Free shipping is offered for orders $200 CAD or more. No discount code needed.

Studio Pick Up - Free

If you live within a comfortable driving distance of Elora, Ontario you can avoid shipping fees by selecting the shipping option “Studio Pick Up”.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email letting you know when your order will be ready for pick up. Please refer to our store hours.

Cancellations or Changes

Want to add something to your existing order? No problem at all! Until a shipping label has been created for your order, you are welcome to add items to it. Just make a note on your order to "hold off on shipping" Should your collective orders amount to the specified $150 within Canada or $200 within USA and qualify for free shipping, we will reimburse you for the initial flat fee you paid. We can hold your order for up to 2 weeks from the original order date.

However, if a shipping label has already been created for your package, we will have to ship it as is.
