Return Policy


Online Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s).  

- refunds are made to the original method of payment, (less shipping and handling).

- shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

- no exchanges or returns on fabric or custom drapery panel orders.

- a full refund will be issued to you once we receive your returned product (s), in the same condition that you received it. 

- The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.

- Please email for return shipping address, prior to shipping your product back.


In Store Returns: 

(only unused and undamaged items qualify)


- We offer a full return within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

- We offer 30 days for an exchange or store credit.  

  • no returns or exchanges on sale items

- We don't offer a prop rental program at this time.

  • Please inspect our vintage products for any imperfections or undesired marks, prior to purchase.


Hold Policy:


We will happily hold an item for you for 24 hours. (With the exception of one-of-a-kind and vintage items)
