Return Policy

 

1. Online + Shipped Orders:

*only unused and undamaged items qualify. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Refund :

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your order, for a full refund.

  • refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling.  The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

  • a full refund will be issued to you once we receive your returned product(s), in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Please email lemontree@gto.net for return shipping address, prior to shipping your product back.

 

Store Credit :

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order, for store credit.

  • store credit is issued via gift card, for the amount of your original purchase, less shipping and handling.  The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchange or Store Credit :

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of us fulfilling your order, for your choice of an exchange or store credit.  If you are not able to pick up your order within this 14 day period, please contact us for an extension.
