If you are purchasing from our vintage collection, these items may have blemishes and/or irregularities that are considered part of their charm. Clean - (after each use ) wash paddle with hot water, dishsoap and a scrub brush. Don't let the paddle sit in water. Dry with a clean cloth. spritz with distilled white vinegar.
Disinfect - (after use with meat) use a solution of 1 tsp chlorine bleach : 1 quart water. Wipe it on the paddle, both sides, let it sit for 5 minutes then rinse with hot water and dry with a clean cloth.
